Return procedure

Right of withdrawal

In the event that the Product appears damaged / defective, the Customer is required to detail in writing to [info@francoboutiques.it] within 24 hours, all the damages found.

Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications caused during transport by the transport company, must be immediately contested, by placing a written control reservation on the proof of delivery of the Courier. Once the Courier's document has been signed, the Customer cannot make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered.

Trucco Franco snc will replace any defective Product free of charge.

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with the order, he can return the purchased product within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date, in line with the provisions of article 64 of the Consumer Code.

Trucco Franco snc will refund the full cost of the Products that are returned by the Customer unused and undamaged.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised exclusively by the customer and in no case by the recipient of any gift.

The acceptance of the return can take place only with the authorization of Trucco Franco snc itself.

RETURNS NOT ALLOWED:
- items offered at a discount
- personalized items or products made on customer request

The customer can independently choose the courier to ship with. The risks related to the return and shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

The re-credit will be made to the current account corresponding to the credit card used for the payment. Alternatively, if the purchase was paid for by bank transfer, the re-credit is made to the customer's bank account.
